Our Approach to Equity in Hiring
More Than Our Worst (MTOW) seeks to shift the current conditions towards a future of equity and meaning in the workforce. With an intentional focus on talent with records and Fair Chance employment, MTOW helps employers understand and execute against Fair Chance strategies.
Through our three core pillars, Ecosystem Development, Employer Development, and Economic Development, MTOW provides the foundational scaffolding for any business to begin or improve upon their fair hiring practices.
MTOW works with local community, government, and private partners to assess the problems they’re working to solve and support filling the gaps while following local leadership.
