our role in The DKBF Core employer development curriculum
After 5 years of strategic partnership between our consultants and DKBF leadership, MTOW’s experts worked with a strategic blueprint for a foundational fair chance hiring (FCH) curriculum and brought it through development, completion, and execution of a beta cohort pilot.
The 8-week curriculum focused on generating organizational desire to engage in FCH efforts and winning stakeholder buy-in. Since the pilot, there were several successful cohorts of employers from various industries before DKBF was acquired by Jobs for the Future (JFF) in 2022.
The foundational curriculum is now housed under JFF’s assets and is undergoing a series of revamp efforts to publish a v2 of the DKBF core curriculum.
